The Sapphire Theatre Company's Ticket Policies
 


Tickets will be waiting at Will Call and must be picked up 10 minutes prior to curtain, or they may be released. If they are being held with a credit card, we reserve the right to charge your credit card if they have not been picked up by curtain time.

If you are purchasing Student or Senior tickets, box office personnel will ask for a current valid ID when you pick up your tickets. Please note a student or senior cannot purchase multiple discount tickets with one ID; each student or senior ticket sold requires an individual ID.

All sales are final; there are no refunds. We do offer exchanges on tickets for extenuating circumstances by calling the Box Office (317) 966-PLAY (7529), but these exchanges are subject to availability. Also, a $2 service fee will be charged for each ticket exchanged.

All of our performances are general admission. The Theatre will open an hour before curtain. Seating will begin 15 minutes prior to curtain time. Patrons will be admitted in groups according to their arrival time.

The Sapphire Theatre Company space can accommodate patrons who are wheelchair-users and those who have mobility issues. The nearest elevator to our 4th floor performance space is located in the North West corner of Circle Centre Mall, off Illinois and Washington Streets. If you have a wheelchair or if you need an aisle seat, please arrive half an hour prior to curtain time and alert the Box Office Staff who will seat you before the house opens. If our box office is not alerted before the house is open, which is 15 minutes before curtain time, special needs seats are subject to availability.

As a courtesy to other patrons and to the performers, latecomers and those who exit the theater during the performance will not be readmitted into the theatre except by The Sapphire Theatre Company Staff.

Absolutely NO cameras, video/audio recording devices are permitted. This policy is strictly enforced by The Sapphire Theatre Company Staff.
